First Tracts Real Estate was started in
April of 2007. We have three locations, two of
which are at Snowshoe Resort in WV (one located
at the bottom of Snowshoe on Rt. 66 and the
second at Black Bear Crossing just outside the
Village of Snowshoe) and the third in Marlinton
West Virginia (Located inside the Appalachian
Sport building at the intersection of Rt. 219
and Rt. 39). All of our locations are situated within Pocahontas
County. Our Real Estate Brokerage offers
expertise in
Snowshoe Resort Rental Management
and the Buying and Selling of condominiums, town
homes, detached homes, home sites, land and
project consulting/management from Snowshoe to
Marlinton WV.
