- A 3,600 square foot, four level, 6
bedroom/ 5 bath town home. This home
mirrors the three level design but includes
an additional second lower level. In the
original design of Black Bear Crossing the
developers envisioned these slope-front
homes as three levels with a rear retaining
wall near the slopes due to elevation. After
further review with architects and
engineers, they opted to use an additional
foundation as the retaining wall so these
homes can walk right out to the slopes. This
second lower level can be fitted to your
needs to include additional bedrooms, game
rooms or both.
