Stunning 5.30 acre lot with a large pond for fishing, floating, or lying beside it and reading a book. This lot has several very nice building sites and is only 2 miles to the entrance of Snowshoe Resort. Sloping lot provides views and an excellent way to situate a 'drive-thru' driveway. Sunset Mountain Village is one the nicest neighborhoods in the Snowshoe area with exceptional roads and a solid HOA. These farm'ettes, larger lots, are on the left of the entrance road and are very easily accessible in the winter. Don't miss your opportunity to own a gorgeous lot in the upscale Sunset Mt Village.
