304 Rimfire Lodge $98,500

Rimfire 304 is a very comfortable condo that can sleep up to 4 with a sleeper sofa and a queen murphy bed. The murphy bed also can be closed and then there is a table for 2...or 3. The condo has a living area with fireplace and new couch but also a newer chair and ottoman. It too has a kitchenette with sink, two burner stove, new fridge, microwave and coffee maker. It is a rental currently and sold fully furnished. Rimfire Lodge is in The Village just steps from the slopes and offers 2 hot-tubs, sauna, work out space, ski lockers and best of all it has under parking for owners and renters if desired. Great condo for the money and this one has amazing views to the west so sunsets forever.
